I wish I had spent my youth doing things other than making this story "so method." For fuck's sake, I researched the Detroit Red Wings schedule and the city of Detroit. Because I was, you know, SO WORRIED some picky pickerton would be like "actually they played the Kings on Oct 20, 1996, FAKE NEWS." I exerted more effort on a stupid angsty teen story than Trump "exerts" on his daily Instagram briefing. (I think this is really a thing, as he only responds to pictures). SAD!
